Full disclosure: I work for Europäische Geschichte Online and I proposed at work, that i would be a good idea to link from wikipedia to our articles. Now it´s part of my duties to look for wiki-articles that fit to the ones on the site. EGO publishes peer-reviewed scientific articles about historical topics of the modern age. I personally think that they are a enrichment to the literature part of fitting wikipedia articles. EGO is published by the Institute for European History of the University of Mainz. It does not have ads and is completely uncommercial. we believe that the articles are better suited for the category "literature", than weblinks.
